Follow-Up
Follow-up is one of the most important skills in building a successful business.
You’ll often hear the phrase:
“The fortune is in the follow-up.” — Jim Rohn

Most people don’t respond straight away—not because they’re not interested, but because life gets busy.
A simple follow-up within 24–48 hours keeps things moving and shows you care.

Keep It Simple and Natural
The goal of the follow-up is not to pressure people.
It’s simply to help them make a decision that’s right for them.

Here are four easy questions you can use:


The 4 Follow-Up Questions
1. “Have you had a chance to go through the information yet?”
2. “Do you have any questions?”
3. “What did you like best?”
4. “From what you’ve seen so far, what would you like to do?”


If They’re Interested
If they’d like to:
  • Use the NuCalm App
  • And/or explore the business side
Offer to help them get started.
Some people will prefer you to guide them through the enrolment.
Others will be happy to do it themselves using your referral link.


If They Don’t Respond (Yet)

It’s completely normal to follow up more than once.
People are:
  • Busy
  • Distracted
  • Or simply need a reminder
A short, friendly message is all that’s needed:
“Hey, just checking in—did you get a chance to take a quick look?”
